$15.00

Ligularia dentata, commonly called leopard plant or bigleaf ligularia, is a robust, clump-forming perennial native to China and Japan. Its most striking feature is its large, dark green, leathery leaves that grow up to 12 inches long, forming a basal clump of 3-4 feet tall. In early summer, the plant produces daisy-like, orange-yellow flowers with brownish-yellow centers, blooming in loose clusters atop thick, mostly leafless stalks.
